If a family member living together is identified as a close contact
In Yamanashi Prefecture, people infected with COVID-19 are seen sporadically, and it is required to continue to take the preventive measures. Second semester is held based on the “Guideline for 2020 Classes and Courses” notified on September 8. Please take the preventive measures by wearing a mask, washing and disinfecting your hands, ventilating, and avoiding “three C’s (Closed, Crowded, and Close)”.
If you feel unwell, check the “Attendance suspended measures against new coronavirus infections” announced on May 21, and then check the current situation with the COVID screener. If applicable, please act according to the flowchart.

The following is the response when a family member living together is considered to be a close contact with an infected person;
Please contact the department in charge (Kofu campus; Health Care Center / Medical Campus; Student Affairs Division) and your attendance is suspended until the safety is confirmed by the results of PCR tests of a close contacts. If you have any concerns about your health condition or infection, please consult with the Health Care Center.
Please continue to wear masks, wash and disinfect your hands frequently to prevent infection, and if you have any concerns about your physical condition regarding the new coronavirus infection, please contact the Health Care Center.
