International Students Participated in Kofu City’s “Kofu Love Festival”!
International students participated in a booth themed on Hoto, a local specialty of Yamanashi.
The booth was a great success, and the international students served Hoto arranged in the style of a street stall in Malaysia, the home country of the participating international students.
It was a great success. It was a great pleasure for the students to see the local people eating the Hoto that they had invented. It was also the first time for them to cook a large quantity of food at one time, so it was a great learning experience for them.
Students enjoyed the event with the local community.
